Sunrise in Rio de Janeiro – I captured this footage on Christmas Day 2023 at The MAZE in Catete.
Anton Foek had inspired me to do some intro clip with the Music of Richard Strauss: “Also sprach Zarathustra”.
After a gig on Christmas Dinner in Copacabana – I played the piano at the JW Marriott Hotel, I saw this beautiful scene from my room at The MAZE, in Rua Tavares Bastos.
Bob Nadkarni who built the Maze, was actually the designer of the space ships of Stanley Kubrick’s “2001 – A Space Odyssey”. The film opens with Richart Strauss’ Music.
