Suriname moet ten eerste werken aan het vergroten van zijn bevolking. Een land met weinig bevolking kan geen grote projekten uitvoeren. Suriname dient ook een oog voor de ontwikkeling van Zuid-Amerika hebben en zo een graantje mee pikken.
