Prof. dr. Walter Weyns is socioloog en cultuurcriticus met een bijzondere fascinatie voor tijd. En voor hoe mensen naar tijd kijken. Tijdens zijn kwartiertje wordt professor Weyns wat baldadig: eerst probeert hij een tijd te definiëren en als dat gelukt is, probeert hij na te gaan of tijd kapot kan.
