Utopia or Dystopia?

In Conversation about the Future

Four contemporary thinkers join together in conversation about our future. Do we choose Utopia or Dystopia? Put it this way. Should we be terrified of the power of Big Tech, or is there hope as long as there is life?

On Monday, June 14, at 8:15 p.m., we will hold a presentation in our theater about the book YMCA (You Must Choose… Always), the challenging debut novel by Walter Dornstedt. The discussion is also linked to a conversation about the future and how we can deal with these challenges.

With Hans Achterhuis, Walter Dornstedt, Rosalie Waelen, Ann Meskens. A collaboration with Uitgeverij De Meent Rotterdam. Click on and reserve your free tickets. Both the live performance and the live stream start at 20h15.

Also read about the novel by David Eggers, in which the main character plans to sabotage a powerful social media company that controls everything.
